Meet the Roundhill team
The team behind your holiday is essential to making sure you have the best time possible. Below we would like to introduce you to the people you will meet during your time at our Roundhill campsite. If you should need any help, have any issues during your stay or just want to know the best place to go for an evening meal then please feel free to ask them!
Mark Stoole – Site Manager
Mark became the Manager at Roundhill in 2012, having worked previously as a Site Assistant. Mark is a motorcycle and moth enthusiast whose favourite film is The Big Lebowski.
Louise Russell – Site Manager
Louise became the Manager at Roundhill in 2012, having worked previously as a Site Assistant. She is passionate about her Chinese Crested dog, Lily, and about good food, art and tree-hugging.
Chris Harris – Site Assistant
Chris likes to settle down with a good book and some chocolate raisins! 2012 was Chris’s first year at Roundhill, where she is a warm smile and a whizz in reception.
Bob Harris – Site Assistant
Bob is an ex-builder! At Roundhill he looks after our roads as well as our customers. He winters with Chris in Spain and enjoys cycling around the Forest, which you can do too.
Bill Newens – Site Assistant
This is Bill’s first season with Camping in the Forest. He is a keen scuba diver and fisherman, who is slowly winding down to a retirement in Barbados.
Bonnie Newens – Site Assistant
This is Bonnie’s first season with Camping in the Forest. She is a trained florist who loves crime novels, motorbiking and sunshine.
Ted Goldsmith – Maintenance
Ted is a Camping in the Forest legend, who has worked at Roundhill for several years. If it has been broken here, then Ted has repaired it! Ted loves collecting tools and spending time with his grandson, George.
