In 1986, having outgrown these humble beginnings, the brewery moved to its present site, ironically the location of the old Tunks' Brewery which ceased trading in 1821. In 1988 Old Thumper reached the pinnacle of ale world, when it was voted Champion beer of England.

Although Ringwood is a relatively small brewery it has built an enviable reputation for the quality of beer and service. Today the brewery is able to produce circa 40,000 barrels of its renowned and distinctive beers.

The Brewery now offers offer four, locally revered ales; Best Bitter, Fortyniner, Boondoggle and Old Thumper, as well as a wide range of guest ales. Their Brewery store sells a full range of beers as well as wines, cider, souvenir merchandise and local produce including chutneys, pickles and sauces.
