Recruitment process for 2022 season

The first stage of the recruitment process will be to complete an application form. If you apply as a couple, both of you will be required to complete a separate form. Your application will be considered and if you are shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an online interview with members of our Recruitment and Operational teams. Please note, the application form asks your nearest Club site in anticipation of interview, all interviews for the 2022 season intake will be held online, using Microsoft Teams.

Interviews will take place throughout February 2022. You will be contacted by a member of the Recruitment team to book a mutually convenient time. If you are successful at interview, we will invite you to carry out a Work Experience programme.

For our 2022 intake we are running an online virtual work experience.

If you have been successful, you will then be considered for employment as and when a vacancy becomes available for the 2022 season. Once you have been offered a contract, we will arrange an induction for your initial training.

Please note, all contracts for 2022 season will start either at the end of March, or on 20th May. If you are unable to commit to either start date, your application will automatically be deferred to our 2023 season intake which will commence in September 2022.

Each year we have approximately 550 Site Assistant vacancies available on seasonal contracts at our various sites in the UK within both UK Club Sites and Camping in the Forest.
