Cashel | Cobleland | Glenmore

With heather-clad mountains, magnificent lochs, golden beaches and a wildlife-rich coast, Scotland is one of the best destinations for a camping trip in the UK.

Whether you’re camping as a couple, a big family or solo camping, our three Scottish campsites have plenty to offer. Spread across the Cairngorms and Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, these campsites have wonderful mountain and lochside views, making them some of the best camping spots in Scotland.

More about our Scottish Campsites

For lovers of the outdoors camping in Scotland is a must. Our Scottish camping sites really do have some of the best views on offer. Here’s a quick rundown of our Scottish campsites:

  • Sitting on the “bonnie” banks of Loch Lomond lies our Cashel campsite, which is wonderfully placed to enjoy the awe-inspiring views of the mountains that lie beyond the water. Watch the sunset as the final light of the day glimmers across the loch from the comfort of your pitch.
  • Closer to Aberfoyle, and still within the Trossachs National Park, is our Cobleland campsite. A true forest experience, you have access to over 21 miles of stunning woodland trails within the adjacent Loch Ard Forest.
  • Rivalled only by its aforementioned neighbours, Glenmore has too much magnificence for words to describe (but we’ll give it a go). Think heart of the Cairngorms, ancient Pinewood Forests, a beach on the loch and views of the mountains beyond – all especially beautiful in the late evening tint.

Camping in Scotland’s forests

Camping deep in the forest, surrounded by towering green trees and local wildlife is one of the best ways to relax and let the stresses of everyday life go. On our Scottish campsites, we welcome all unit types, including campervans, caravans, motorhomes and tents. Head to the individual campsite pages to view information on the facilities available.

Whether you’re a rambler, keen cyclist or prefer to sit back and watch the forest move around you, these really are some of the best caravan sites in Scotland to do so.
